Trip itinerary

Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – GREETING (-/-/-)

●     The driver will pick up you at Hanoi airport then take you to the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter

●     Free and Easy

Day 2: HANOI – NINH BINH ( TAM COC – HOA LU) – HANOI (B/L/-)

●     8.00am – 8.30am pickup in Hanoi’s Old Quarter by our local guide and bus, followed by a 2-hour drive from Hanoi to Hoa Lu through the lush countryside to Ninh Binh. 

●     Upon arrival, you will visit Hoa Lu – The Ancient Capital of Vietnam, and the remaining two temples dedicated to King Dinh & King Le. You will learn more about the history of Vietnam dating back a thousand years, and why this area was chosen for the capital of Vietnam. Then, you will proceed to Tam Coc Caves (16km from Hoa Lu) where you will have a lavish buffet lunch at a local restaurant.

●     After lunch, Your will continue your Hoa Lu Tam Coc trip with a relaxing sampan boat in Tam Coc, famous as “Halong Bay on land”. The 90-minute boat ride offers you endless photo opportunities. On the rowing boat trip in Tam Coc, you will go through the Tam Coc Caves and pass the rice fields where you will have a chance to take the nice photos of nature and local people working on the riverside. When you return to the dock, take a short break before cycling for approximately 45 minutes along country lanes to enjoy the beautiful scenery of lush paddy fields and discover the real countryside of Vietnam. 

●     16:00 PM: Leave Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh province and head back to Hanoi Capital.

●     18:30: Arrive in Hanoi & we will drop you at your hotel in the Old Quarter.

Day 3: HANOI – HALONG BAY – HANOI –  (B/L/-)

●     07h30 – 08h00: Pick-up at hotel and start the scenic, 3.5-hour drive to Halong Bay. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta countryside and have a short break on the way.

●     12h45 – 13h00: You arrive the Tuan Chau Habor. Then embark the Incredible Asia Journeys – Day cruise followed by a short cruise briefing.

●     13h00 – 16h45: Start a dreamy cruise to stunning scenery with thousands of limestone mountains and have seafood lunch (we serve you with Vietnamese traditional dishes, in case you are vegetarian, we have other food options for you) while cruising through the emerald water passing by the Dog Stone, the Burning Incense islet, stop at Ba Hang fishing village for kayaking or sit in a bamboo boat rowed by locals.
After the visiting of Fighting-Cock island and the Heavenly Palace (Thien Cung cave) – which has opened to the public since 1998 with stalagmites and stalactites. Back to the Incredible Asia Journeys – Day cruise and continue cruising back to the jetty.

●     16h45  Back to Tourist wharf. Disembark and get on bus to Hanoi.

●     20:30   Arrive in Hanoi. Trip ends. Overnight in Hanoi hotel

Day 4: HANOI CITY CENTER TO NOI BAI AIPORT – DEPARTURE

●     Enjoy breakfast at hotel.

●     Check-out at hotel. Shopping time or laze around till being transferred back to the airport

●     End trip.
