Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – GREETING
Our driver will pick you up at the Noi Bai International airport with your name on board, then transfer you to Hanoi Old Quarter.

8:00 – 8:30 Our tour guide will come and pick you up at the hotel. Leave Hanoi for Ha Long City bay a modern bus.
12:15 Get on boat and enjoy a welcome drink and lunch of savory local sea food. Check into your cabin and enjoy cruising around the bay to see the amazing karts with different formations, and then stop for a walk through the Thien Cung Cave. Continue to cruise further before stopover at the pearl farm to witness the whole process to make a valuable pearl. Back to the cruise and enjoy the cooking class in the restaurant and have a wonderful dinner before getting back to your cabin.

Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – GREETING (-/-/-)

Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, meet and greet by our local guide and driver; transfer you to the hotel in Hanoi center. Check in at the hotel and then free time at your leisure.
Spend your evening on a special tour enjoying the street food of Hanoi, follow by a water puppet show.

Day 2: HANOI – NINH BINH (HOA LU – TAM COC) (B/L/-)
- 7.30 – 8.00 AM: Pick up at your hotel in the Old Quarter and transfer to Tam Coc.
- 8.00 – 10.00 AM: Duration of 2 hour transferring, our tour guide will give you the information of Vietnam such as history, culture, people… Especially, we will have a mini game show to teach you how to say and write some Vietnamese simple words such as Xin Chào, Tạm Biệt, Tôi yêu Ninh Bình… on the conical hat which we will give you as a little souvenir and you can wear it during all the trip.
- 10 AM: Arrive in Tam Coc, we will prepare for a boat trip to visit the beautiful Tam Coc, it takes 1.30 hours rowing along Ngo Dong river through the three mysterious caves while enjoying spectacular scenery surrounded by rice paddies and towering limestone mountain peaks.
- – 11.30 AM: We will get on Thanh pier for a short walk to visit Thai Vi Temple which is one of the well-known temple in Ninh Binh and Vietnam. Continuing 10 minutes walking along the valley with rice fields, rivers and lotus ponds for Tam Coc Nature Lodge, where we will spend the interesting time for relaxing & having set menu lunch – Vietnamese food.

Day 1Hanoi street food tour (D).
Meet and greet by our driver at the arrival hall of Noi Bai International Airport and transfer to the hotel for check in. By 17.00, our tour guide will take you out for a walking tour to learn more about Hanoi history and cuisine. Your trip to Vietnam is incomplete without experiencing the street food like the local people. You will taste and sample many favorite dishes of Hanoi from spring roll to noodles, from grilled meat balls to BBQ bread.

Day 2Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc (B, L)
After breakfast, depart to Ninh Binh for exploring Hoa Lu – Tam Coc one day tour. Upon arrival, you will visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital to know more about part of feudal dynasties and historical periods in Vietnamese history.
Have lunch at a local restaurant in Tam Coc.
After lunch, depart to the dock for a boat ride to visit Tam Coc and see the beauty of the karst formations. Then, spend times on cycling through the quiet roads along the rice fields and rivers Tam Coc – Bich Dong (around 5 km).
Return to Ha Noi and you will arrive in the hotel by 18:00.
Day 3Hanoi – Mai Chau valley biking (B, L, D)
After breakfast, you will depart to Mai Chau for 2 day trip. Upon arrival, visit the stilt houses of the ethnic peopleliving here, enjoy the green fields and valleys with blue sky as well as having a warm and cozy lunch at the local homestay. After that, take a visit the remote villages in the valley and learn more about their daily life of the local people here. After dinner; join a dancing show with the locals and drinking wine and then stay overnight at the homestay (or bungalow upon request).
Day 4Mai Chau hiking – drive back to Hanoi (B)
After breakfast, join in a hiking trip with group to explore 1000 step cave and the local market in Mai Chau. Free and easy before heading back to Hanoi.

Day 5Hanoi – Halong bay day cruise (B, L)
After breakfast, depart for Halong one day trip. Upon arrival, you will get on the boat where the prepared lunch is ready. Lunch on the boat while cruising the beautiful islets such as Cock Fighting, Dinh Huong Islet, ect. Then visit the Thien Cung cave – the most beautiful cave in Halong bay and spend time visiting some different karst-formation islets around a floating village on the bamboo boats.
Around 16.30, get on the bus and return to Hanoi. Overnight in the hotel in Hanoi.
Day 6Hanoi free and easy tour – departure (B)
After breakfast, free and easy conquering the city on your own to visit some highlights of Hanoi such as Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo prison, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Ethology Museum (volunteer guide provided, no meals, no car, no entrance fee).
Northern Vietnam Group package 6 day tour ends and depart to the airport for the onward flight.

Join Trang An Bai Dinh day tour to visit Bai Dinh pagoda with the total area of 2000ha, the Bai Dinh complex is the biggest Buddhism center of Southeast Asia with hundreds of statues of different sizes. AM: Pick you up at 8.00am at the hotel in Hanoi, then depart for Ninh Binh city towards to the South of Hanoi, it takes about 2,5 hours to get there (130 km).
Tam Coc boat trip
Upon arrive Tam Coc cave, go ahead to take the Tam Coc boat trip for avoiding busy hour. We will enjoy the spectacular scenery while gliding along the river among rice paddies and ranges of limestone mountains. After 1,5 hour on the boat, stop boat trip at Thai Vi temple for cycling around mountain & village, take beautiful time to enjoy local beauty. Have lunch at local restaurant.

Cycling in Ninh Binh
