* A: Yes, we recommend booking tours in advance, especially in the high season to secure the good places on board, train, hotel.

* A:Yes, as we manage D’Homestay for tourists in the same building, we are able to lend you a room, depends on availability. Please contact us for more details.
* Q: How we recognize you upon arrival?
* A: Our representative will await for you at the pickup location (at airport/ train station, habour,…) then bring you to your reserved hotel. Please look out for the driver/representative holding the placard sign with your name on it. * Q: How we be collected for each tour?
* A: We will re-confirm with you the pick-up time and location at least 12 hours before your trip. Our representative will come to collect you as arranged.
* Q: Can I store the luggage at your office when I am travelling?
